Bear Creek Estates is a community of approximately 100 homes on the banks of the 500 acre Bear Creek Reservoir in southeast Jackson Co, Georgia. The community is a short drive to beautiful Athens, GA, home of the University of Georgia and has convenient access to Atlanta.
